YECA is a Community enterprise/organization which believes in the power of youth entrepreneurship through the process of work readiness resulting from setting up youth leadership communication skills, self-confidence and trust mindset change, and offers numerous avenues for young individuals to showcase their talent and expertise. Youth gain priority for showcasing their best practices and innovative ideas at our learning sites, workshops, and events. We have a pool of trainers that support youth in mentorship and coaching programs, career guidance, job placement and matching.

YECA

What we do 

Young people have experience, passion, and insight rooted in the needs and challenges of their communities. YECA programs support youth to deepen their understanding of those needs and challenges, and provide them with the tools, knowledge, networks, and support to unveiling sustainable social and economic initiatives that create positive change.

Young people today advance entrepreneurial mindsets and communication, teamwork, decision-making, and passion with digital skills. Their initiatives create a ripple effect of opportunities for themselves and others, leading to jobs, businesses, sustainable social and economic change, and transformed, resilient communities.

Civil society strengthening and consulting

Develop Partnerships and Alliances, Engage with stakeholders and establish networks and partnerships with CSOs, government, academia, research organizations, private sector, and funders, respecting good partnership principles Strengthen Capacity Build own institutional human resources, Develop institutional governance policies, structures and procedures and knowledge management under CSO perspective, Secure Funding through fundraising strategies Participate in calls for proposals along or in association with academic institutions.
